We cannot accept returns due to the nature of our products. Our products are handmade and natural. As such, there may be some variance in product appearance, colour and texture. That being said, if for the following reasons stated as below, you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily work something out. We ultimately want you to happy with your purchase.
We are only able to offer replacement product/s and refunds in limited circumstances as stated below.
Replacements due to damage in transit
If your products have been damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your goods, providing clear pictures of damaged delivery box and damaged PetalDew product/s. Please keep all shipping documentation to enable us to make an informed decision.
PetalDew will then assess the situation and if we agree (where said product/s have been damaged in transit), we will endeavour to rectify the situation.
Replacements due to faulty or incorrect products
We strive to ensure our products are safe, effective and protected against accelerated deterioration and micro-organisms. All our products are water-free and we only use natural organic ingredients.Therefore, if you feel your product is in any way compromised when you receive it, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we can arrange a suitable replacement product for you.
Please be aware that PetalDew recommends patch testing our products prior to use to ensure you do not suffer an allergic reaction.
If skin appears fine after patch-testing, be mindful too that product efficacy is best assessed after a full month's use without being combined with other facial care product ranges, to determine compatibility with your skin.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a different product to that which you ordered, please contact us at email@example.com so that we may implement a replacement. You will need to provide us with your receipt/proof of purchase or original email order issued to you by PetalDew.
General rules regarding replacements at PetalDew
Petaldew can only replace your product/s for the same product/s. For example, if you are purchasing a Petaldew Blissful Balm we can only replace this product for a PetalDew Blissful Balm. You may not exchange it for a PetalDew Face Oil Serum.
To complete your replacement, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase issued by PetalDew.
Guidance on initiating your replacement
Simply email your original receipt/proof of purchase to:
Once we have received your receipt, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your receipt.
PetalDew will then send you your replacement product/s and depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product/s to reach you may vary.
NOTE: This policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your product/s. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you any replacement/s or refunds.
